The Consulate General clarifies that as soon as everything is agreed, the Chinese side will open the centers as soon as possible.Now the Chinese Embassy in Russia and the Consulates General in St. Petersburg, Khabarovsk, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk and Vladivostok are engaged in issuing visas, RIA Novosti writes.They have launched online visa application forms and an online appointment system."Considering that the preparation of documents, booking time for their submission, reviewing documents and issuing a visa take some time, we recommend planning a trip to China in advance," the diplomatic mission advises.
