At least 10 people were killed and 29 are missing as a result of flooding in Sichuan Province in southwestern China. This was reported by the China Daily newspaper. According to the publication, a natural disaster occurred in the city district of Ya'an. The operation of the transport communications system was disrupted, 1.5 thousand people were in the disaster zone. Local authorities used special equipment to carry out the search and rescue operation, TASS writes.  China has added three new ports to the six-day visa-free transit program
