An article by Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and chairman of the Central Military Commission, will be published in the 12th issue of Qiushi Journal, the flagship magazine of the CPC Central Committee.In the article, the head of the People's Republic of China emphasizes the need to know the history of the party and the country, as well as to draw experience from the past, to have a correct understanding of major events and important figures in the history of the party and the country.
According to him, this will strengthen the confidence of the CPC members and the general public in the way, theory, system and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In addition, it will strengthen the people's love for the party, the country and socialism.
The article notes that China would not have been able to gain international status and achieve today's achievements without the leadership of the CPC.
Xi Jinping said there should be no ambiguity or hesitation in supporting the party.
