Xi Jinping said that relations between China and Russia have withstood the challenges of the international situation

The statement of the President of the People's Republic of China was read by the head of the Department of International Relations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Liu Jianchao.

The statement was read out in greeting to the participants of the X Dialogue of United Russia and the Communist Party of China.

The world has entered a new period of turbulence and transformation, Xi Jinping believes. Nevertheless, Sino-Russian relations have withstood the tests of rapid changes in the international situation.

Next year, the countries will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. According to Xi Jinping, China is ready to further develop cooperation with Russia. The countries are ready for comprehensive strategic cooperation in the interests of the development of both states.
