Xi Jinping demanded to organize search operations after the Boeing crash

"Xi Jinping instructed to immediately activate the mechanism of action in emergency situations, make every effort to organize search and rescue operations, properly eliminate the consequences," the TV channel reports.
It is noted that the head of China "was shocked" to learn about the incident.
Earlier, the Civil Aviation Administration of China reported that a Boeing 737 passenger plane of China Eastern Airlines, carrying 132 people (123 passengers and nine crew members), crashed in Teng County of Wuzhou City District in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China. The Consulate General of the Russian Federation told RIA Novosti that there is no information about Russian citizens on board the liner yet.
