CGTN in China has released a new clip of the 2022 Winter Olympics

image0215China's Global Television Network (CGTN) released a clip of the 2022 Winter Olympics this week.

Leading CGTN, famous bloggers, athletes and musicians from different countries performed the song "Together for a common future" - this is the official motto of the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The music relay started in December 2021. The recording took place in more than 10 cities around the world, including Beijing, Moscow, St. Petersburg, New York, London, Paris, Madrid, Nursultan, Buenos Aires, Penhamo, Dakar and Jerusalem. Chinese figure skaters Chen Lu, Pan Qing, Tong Jian, Russian figure skater Evgenia Medvedeva, Kazakh singer Dimash Kudaibergen, American singer Holly Fleck and hundreds of people from around the world took part in it.

Also today, versions of the clip in different languages will appear on the platforms of the Media Corporation of China and a number of foreign media. And a challenge with the hashtag #TogetherforBeijing2022# will be launched on Weibo, Tik-Tok and other social networks. To take part in it, it is enough to record a video with movements from the clip or sing a song in your native language.

The challenge is held on the initiative of the Media Corporation of China. Its purpose is to unite people from different countries and express best wishes to the organizers and participants of the Olympic Games in Beijing.
