China is expanding its military capabilities to review the world order and change the situation that has developed since the Second World War, said the head of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley.According to The Wall Street Journal, Milli said at the publication's event that China's investments in the navy, hypersonic missiles, cyber and other technologies are aimed at making China - along with the United States and Russia - become a leading world power. The publication notes that such a growth of China will put an end to the order established after the Second World War, in which only two superpowers - Russia and the United States.
"We are entering a more complex world from a geostrategic point of view, in which technologies are developing at a speed never seen before. So it's much more complicated and potentially less stable," Milli said.
