According to the TV channel, the Russian aerobatic team "Russian Knights" consisting of six Su-35S and one Su-30S made an intermediate landing in Taiyuan. Then the planes will proceed to Zhuhai (southern province of China) to participate in the 15th Airshow China-2024, where they will perform demonstration flights.
The Airshow China 2024 Airshow exhibition will be held in Zhuhai from November 12 to 17. Representatives of 47 countries and regions of the world will take part in it. The event is timed to coincide with the 75th anniversary of the creation of the People's Liberation Army Air Force, which is celebrated in China on November 11, China Central Television reports.
The organizers of the air show said that this year there will be almost twice as many foreign exhibitors at the exhibition as last time – about 150. Earlier it was reported that China plans to present to the public its J-35A stealth fighter, a new strike reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicle of the PLA Air Force and other state-of-the-art equipment.
