More than two thousand representatives of Chinese and Russian businesses, as well as delegates from the governments of the two countries, are taking part in the forum. The purpose of the event is to develop cooperation in the field of investment, trade and production between the regions of Russia and China.
According to the governor of Liaoning Province, Li Lecheng, Russian-Chinese relations have gone through fire, water and copper pipes and continue to strengthen every day. He expressed hope that with the help of the forum, the countries will be able to strengthen cooperation.
Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Nikolay Zhuravlev, in turn, noted that the high importance of bilateral relations between China and Russia reflects the intensive dialogue and friendship between the leaders of the states. The event will last until October 26th.
