China will fight terrorism together with other countries

China has agreed with neighboring countries to cooperate in the fight against terrorism.

The agreement was reached during talks between Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and his colleagues at the dialogue of the Foreign Ministers of China, Afghanistan and Pakistan, which took place in an online format.
The foreign Ministers of the three countries held a conversation on two key topics - "the process of establishing peace and reconciliation in Afghanistan" and "trilateral cooperation between China, Afghanistan and Pakistan".
The parties stressed that the peace process in Afghanistan should be properly promoted, and that a ceasefire and an end to violence should be brought to an end as soon as possible.
The withdrawal of foreign troops from Afghanistan must be carried out responsibly and in an organized manner, it is necessary to prevent the deterioration of the security situation and to prevent the terrorist forces from taking advantage of the opportunity and reactivating their activities.
The draft resolution of the Afghan issue should fully reflect the principle of "under the leadership of the Afghans and by the Afghans themselves".
The parties agreed that it is necessary to consider effective ways to deepen trilateral cooperation in the China-Afghanistan-Pakistan format in the context of the pandemic.
The sides reaffirmed their commitment to jointly fight terrorism in all its forms and stressed the need to counter "double standards" in the fight against terrorism, Wang Yi concluded.
