According to the publication, flights to London, Krasnoyarsk, Hong Kong, Khabarovsk and Yekaterinburg were launched from Phoenix Airport. Also, since January 2024, cargo flights have been established on two international routes: Seoul - Sanya - Singapore and Shenzhen - Singapore - Sanya - Shenzhen.
Air traffic between Sanya and various regions of Russia is developing especially actively. In autumn, it is planned to open new routes, flights on which will be carried out through Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Novosibirsk and Yekaterinburg.
The Sanya Daily newspaper emphasizes that the introduction of new routes will contribute to strengthening economic and cultural exchanges between the city of Sanya and the BRICS countries. All of the above flights are scheduled.
