The politician also stressed that he would not seek conflict with China if he returned to the White House. However, Trump noted, when building US-Chinese relations, he will be guided by the interests of the United States.
The presidential candidate said he plans to maintain good relations with Xi Jinping. He also called him a very interesting and strong man. After the assassination attempt, he received letters from most world leaders, including the leader of China, Trump added.
