According to the results of the first half of 2024, the share of Russian turkey in the structure of Chinese imports reached 100%, in total, more than 6.8 thousand tons of turkey meat from the Russian Federation were supplied to the Chinese market.

The entire volume of supplies was carried out from Russia - 100% of the market share," the message says. According to the results of the first half of 2023, Russia took the first place in the total structure of Chinese imports of turkey meat with a market share of 66% in physical terms. According to Agroexport, according to the Agrifood Strategies consulting agency, by the end of 2023, Russia retained the leadership in turkey meat production in Europe and the second place in the world, and also came in fourth place among world exporters, writes TASS.
