According to the department, the Xinzheng International Airport of Zhengzhou City in Henan Province, Sanya International Airport of Lijiang City in Yunnan Province, as well as the Mohan Railway Station in Xishuangbanna-Dai Autonomous Region have been added to the program.
Travelers arriving at these destinations can stay in them for 144 hours. Passengers arriving in Yunnan have the right to stay in the territory of the established nine administrative-territorial units of the region, according to the State Immigration Department of the People's Republic of China.
The administrative-territorial units of the region include Kunming, the tourist cities of Lijiang, Dali, Pu'er and others. Visa-free transit is allowed to citizens of 54 countries, including Russia and Belarus. With the opening of new ports, their number in China has increased to 37.
