The event will be held on June 18 in Seoul in the "two plus two" format. It will be attended by representatives of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and defense departments of the two countries, according to the South Korean Foreign Ministry.
According to the Foreign Ministry, the meeting will include an exchange of views on issues of mutual interest and related to bilateral relations, the problems of the Korean peninsula, the regional and international situation.
The decision on the dialogue between China and the Republic of Korea was made at the trilateral summit with the participation of Japan, which was held on May 26. Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Li Qiang and President of the Republic of Korea Yun Seok-yel agreed to resolve joint issues.
