The event took place on March 15, initiated by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Broadcasting and Sports of Hainan Province. The guests were presented with tourist products and resources of Sanya and Haikou cities.
Representatives of Hainan Airport Group spoke about Meilan airports in Haikou and Phoenix Airports in Sanya. They also talked about the launched international routes. Delegates from Hainan travel companies focused on promoting hotels and tours related to traditional Chinese medicine.
The authorities of the southern province noted the interest of Russian industry representatives. They also stated that the event contributed to the development of contacts and strengthening ties, and noted that they would continue cooperation with Russia in the field of culture and tourism.
