Russian leader Vladimir Putin said that China and Russia were able to achieve significant success in all areas.According to him, now all the agreements spelled out in the treaty on good-neighborliness are being implemented, and relations between the countries have reached the highest level.
"Russia and China have made significant progress in strengthening multifaceted cooperation and mutual trust in politics, international affairs, trade and economy, and cultural and humanitarian exchanges," - the Russian president said.
