The decision was made during a meeting between the head of the Primorsky Krai International Cooperation Agency Alexey Starichkov and a delegation from Tangshan, Hebei Province, China.
The city of Tangshan is known for having one of the largest ports in the world. 232 domestic and international trade routes pass through it.
The parties immediately outlined steps to develop cooperation. Representatives of China announced plans to open a trade representative office of the city of Tangshan in Vladivostok. For their part, the authorities of Primorsky Krai invited the guests to take part in the International Investment and Industrial Forum. The event will take place in December.
