The zone is located in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (XUAR), China Central Television reported.

Deputy Minister of Commerce of the People's Republic of China Guo Tingting said that the Chinese government will support this project. In addition, the authorities intend to attract national and foreign resources.
