Omsk State Technical University will launch a master's degree and laboratory program in the field of mechanical engineering together with Liaoning Scientific and Technological Institute. This was reported by the press service of OmSTU.
The agreements were signed by Acting Rector of OmSTU Vasily Fefelov and Rector of Liaoning Scientific and Technological Institute Li Weimin. According to Fefelov, universities are already implementing a joint bachelor's degree program. New areas of cooperation are now on the agenda.
A master's degree program "Design and technological support of machine-building industries" will be developed for students from China. Recruitment for it will be organized already in 2024. The pilot group will include at least 10 students.
