According to Zhang Ming, it was decided to declare 2023 the year of tourism. In this regard, the SCO forum "Year of Tourism 2023" will be held in Urumqi on November 23-26 of this year.
Human capital remains a decisive factor in the sustainable development of the SCO, the Secretary General stressed. In this regard, the heads of Government and the SCO States should support this initiative.
