The Russian-Chinese center of NovSU will start working at the end of 2023

The Russian-Chinese Center will open at Yaroslav the Wise Novgorod State University by December this year.

"By December 2023, the Russian-Chinese center will be opened at the university. The work will be carried out in three directions. It is planned to organize clubs and language courses, training of school teachers, sports events and open lectures," the message says.
Also, from October 1 of this year, a joint additional program for second grade children to study Chinese language and culture will start at schools No. 36 and No. 2 in Veliky Novgorod. NovSU staff and teachers will conduct classes and organize cultural and educational activities about China.
Yaroslav the Wise Novgorod State University signed a cooperation agreement with Shandong Polytechnic University in April this year.
Prior to that, the university had four agreements on scientific and educational cooperation with universities in China, including Yan'an University, Wuhan Textile University, Hubei University of Natural Sciences and Humanities, Xiangyang Vocational Technical Institute, writes TASS.
