Aeroflot has been resuming regular direct flights from Moscow to Hong Kong since December 23. Ticket sales are open," the message reads.
Flights will be operated from the terminal from Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport three times a week: on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Return flights from Hong Kong are scheduled on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The flights will involve wide-body Airbus A330 airliners, Aeroflot added.
"Hong Kong is one of the most sought-after business destinations in the Chinese region. <...> In addition, Hong Kong attracts numerous attractions and ample opportunities for further transit flights to Southeast Asian countries. It is expected that the route will be popular with passengers traveling for business purposes and tourists," the company explained.
Earlier, Aeroflot CEO Sergey Alexandrovsky reported that the airline also plans to start flights to Bali in the fall, writes TASS.
