"The key topics of discussion were the prospects for Russian-Chinese anti-corruption cooperation, innovations in national legal regulation, ways to exchange best practices in organizing anti-corruption work, as well as the preparation of a memorandum of understanding between the Office of the President of the Russian Federation on Civil Service, Personnel and Anti-Corruption and the State Control Committee of China," the message says.
The meeting was attended by Maxim Travnikov, Head of the Presidential Administration for Civil Service, Personnel and Anti-Corruption, and Mu Hongyu, a member of the Standing Committee of the Central Commission of the Communist Party of China for Discipline Inspection, a member of the State Control Committee of the People's Republic of China.
The parties noted their interest in maintaining continuity in anti-corruption cooperation in connection with changes in the structure of state bodies of Russia and China, and also agreed to continue the dialogue on the topic of combating corruption, writes TASS.
