"On Thursday, August 24, it is planned to sign an agreement on related relations between representatives of the Stupino city district of the Moscow Region and the new district of the Western Coast of Qingdao in the Chinese province of Shandong," he said.
According to him, the agreement will be concluded for a period of five years. The subjects will cooperate in the field of agriculture, processing industry, trade, exhibitions, science and technology, culture, education, sports, healthcare, and will exchange specialists.
As emphasized in the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow region, Stupino city district is one of the largest industrial centers of the Moscow region. It is one of the five most economically developed municipalities in the region. "In terms of industrial production, the district not only tops this list, but is also ahead of 10 subjects of the Russian Federation. The volume of industrial production of the district in 2022 in value terms reached 220 billion rubles. It is provided by 58 large and medium-sized enterprises, where more than 20 thousand people work. people, and more than 1.4 thousand small and microenterprises of the district," Filimonov added.
The ministry noted that it is also planned to conclude several memorandums of cooperation with educational institutions of the district. Thus, exchange programs for students and Chinese language learning will be implemented.
