Visa-free in action: China received the first tourists without the traditional stamp in the passport

The first travelers who were able to enter China without visas were tourists from the Khabarovsk Territory.

The simplified trip was made possible thanks to the recently adopted intergovernmental agreement.
A group of tourists went to rest in the resort town of Beidaihe via Lobei, TASS reports.
"The group crossed the border through the Amurzet checkpoint in the Jewish Autonomy," Sakhexpo LLC told TASS.
For 15 days of rest, travelers paid about 45 thousand rubles.
Earlier, NIA China reported that the return of the visa-free regime to China was decided to be introduced in stages. The decision on visa-free travel will allow travelers to significantly save on travel and attract new tourists to China, said Dmitry Gorin, Vice President of the Russian Union of Travel Industry.
In total, 364 Russian companies were included in the lists for conducting work within the framework of visa-free exchange.
