Belgorod and Dezhou signed an agreement on cultural, social and economic cooperation.This was announced in the Telegram channel by the Mayor of Belgorod Valentin Demidov.
"Dezhou has become a sister city of Belgorod. An important agreement on the establishment of twinning relations was signed by me and the mayor of the Chinese city, Mr. Zhu Kaigo," Demidov wrote.
According to him, the cities will cooperate in social, cultural and economic spheres. "I am glad of this event and I am sure that it will contribute to the overall prosperity of our cities and countries," the Mayor of Belgorod added.
The cooperation agreement was also signed by Belgorod State National Research University (NRU "BelSU") and Dezhou University.
