The Tchaikovsky Orchestra will go on a tour to China in September 2023

The Tchaikovsky Grand Symphony Orchestra (BSO) conducted by People's Artist of the USSR Vladimir Fedoseev will once again go on tour to China from September 12 to 30, 2023.

This was announced on Monday by the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga Lyubimova in the Telegram channel.
The orchestra performed on June 22 at the Great Wall of China. Despite the almost 40-degree heat, about 900 people attended the open-air concert, writes TASS.
"The next tour of the Tchaikovsky Grand Symphony Orchestra in China will take place from September 12 to 30, 2023. The musicians will perform all of Pyotr Ilyich's symphonies for residents of Jiaxing, Hangzhou, Qingdao, Xi'an, Chengdu, Chongqing, Taiyuan, Tianjin," Lyubimova wrote.
The Minister noted that the Chinese public warmly welcomes the performances of Russian collectives and "waits for their return again."
