China is preparing for the China-Central Asia Summit

This became known following the results of the 4th meeting of foreign Ministers in the China -Central Asia format, which was attended by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubayev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sirodjiddin Mukhriddin, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov and the first Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Vepa Hadjiev.
Member of the State Council, Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang said that relations between China and Central Asian countries show special vitality. In addition, historical achievements can be noted in the cooperation of the countries. He expressed confidence that countries should support each other in the face of difficult situations, as well as in matters concerning each other's fundamental interests.
Qin Gang called on the six countries to work together to build a "Cultural Silk Road", "Belt and Road", and also proposed to strengthen the fight against terrorism, separatism and extremism.
In addition, the member of the State Council urged to resolutely oppose the interference of any forces in the internal affairs of countries in the region under any pretext.
It should be noted that during the 3rd meeting of foreign ministers in the China-Central Asia format, held in June 2022, all parties agreed to create a mechanism for meetings of heads of state in the China-Central Asia format.
At the meeting, the ministers conducted comprehensive political preparations for the upcoming summit, promising to strengthen friendship and expand comprehensive cooperation, XINHUA News reported.
