MVN 9448 compressedThis year, the People's Republic of China will become a guest country of the VII Arctic International Film Festival "Golden Crow" in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug.

This was reported on Monday in the press service of the film festival.
"The guest country of the festival this year will be China, whose professional delegation will discuss the possibilities and prospects of creating joint film projects with Russian cinematographers. Our festival is developing and expanding, but the most important thing remains unchanged - it continues to be spectator, based on the principle: "man - feelings - miracle". I am sure that this year the festival will give the audience and participants vivid emotions and unforgettable meetings," the words of the artistic director of the film festival Philip Abryutin are quoted in the message.
The VII Arctic International Film Festival "Golden Crow" this year will be held from April 24 to May 7 in Anadyr. The opening ceremony will take place on May 1 at the Polar Cinema. These days, the audience will be presented with the best feature, documentary and animation works from around the world, as well as films shot in different regions of Russia.
The winner of the Grand Prix of the festival - the "Big Golden Crow" - will traditionally be chosen by the audience, the rest of the prizes will be distributed by the jury. In addition to film screenings, an industrial program is planned, which will be dedicated to strengthening international cultural cooperation.
