Beijing urges G7 countries to stop imposing illegal sanctions

Beijing calls on the G7 countries to focus on peace, stop imposing illegal sanctions and provoking color revolutions in other countries.

"We call on the G7 countries to truly focus on peace and development around the world, stop applying double or even multiple standards, stop sending military forces about and without planes and ships to the "threshold" of other countries to demonstrate their strength," said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian.
He also called on the G7 to "stop going to other countries at every opportunity to organize color revolutions, stop imposing illegal sanctions against other countries or using extraterritorial jurisdiction."
