According to The Wall Street Journal, Milli said at the publication's event that China's investments in the navy, hypersonic missiles, cyber and other technologies are aimed at making China - along with the United States and Russia - become a leading world power. The publication notes that such a growth of China will put an end to the order established after the Second World War, in which only two superpowers - Russia and the United States.
"We are entering a more complex world from a geostrategic point of view, in which technologies are developing at a speed never seen before. So it's much more complicated and potentially less stable," Milli said.
