Ticket sales for the 2022 Olympics have not started yet

The Organizing Committee of the Winter Olympic Games in Beijing is still studying and formulating requirements for Chinese spectators who want to attend the competition, and the rules for organizing ticket sales are also being developed.

Zhao Weidong noted that the process of organizing and the rules of the upcoming Olympics are closely monitored by the general public, especially those who, according to the previously published rules, have the opportunity to get to the stands as a spectator.
At the end of September, the IOC announced that tickets for the 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games in Beijing will be available only to fans living in mainland China.
"In the key policy on prevention and control of the epidemic published on September 30 for the Winter Olympics in Beijing, we clearly indicated that the OI-2022 will not be open to an audience located abroad. The specific requirements for the prevention and control of the epidemic that Chinese viewers must comply with, as well as the specific process of organizing ticket sales, are currently being studied and formulated," Zhao Weidong said.
Let us note that the Olympic Games in Beijing will be held on February 4-20, the Paralympic Games - March 4-13.
