"Dezhou is located near the ancient riverbed of the Yellow River, famous for its beautiful landscapes. At the same time, our city strives for innovation and is full of vital energy. Dezhou attaches great importance to international cooperation, we actively interact with cities in 33 countries. We also have close trade and economic ties with Russia," said Liu Changmin, Permanent Vice Mayor of Dezhou.
