A Ferris wheel under construction collapsed in China

In Fuzhou, located in the eastern Chinese province of Fujian, a Ferris wheel under construction collapsed.

This was reported on October 18 by the information resource "Penpai". It is clarified that the incident occurred at about 14:40 (09:40 Moscow time) in Jinanhu City Park. At the same time, the photos posted on the web show that the metal structure of the Ferris wheel, whose height is 120 meters, actually broke in half. It is also indicated that currently paramedics and firefighters are working at the scene and it is cordoned off by emergency services. At the same time, it is added that no one was injured as a result of the incident, the reasons for the collapse of the attraction under construction are not specified, IA REGNUM reports.
