The Russian-Chinese Business Forum will be held in Moscow on September 10-12

Очередной

The seventh Russian-Chinese Business Forum will be a key event in bilateral relations, said Boris Titov, Special Representative of the President of Russia.

The previous forum, held in Xi'an in November 2025, brought together about 500 Chinese and 300 Russian participants. Since the beginning of the year, bilateral trade has grown significantly, and, according to Titov, this event also has a certain share of success. The organizers expect to hold the meeting in Moscow jointly with the Chinese Council for the Promotion of International Trade.

The Chinese delegation at the forum will be led by Li Hongzhong, Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress. He stressed that the recent session of the National People's Congress emphasized the joint economic and social development of the two countries, and the fifteenth development plan should be considered as a common program for China and Russia.

Titov noted that Chinese initiatives will contribute to the development of the Russian economy. He drew particular attention to China's transition from direct assistance to the creation of partnerships, as well as to the elaboration of a joint conference on the practical application of artificial intelligence within the framework of the Russian-Chinese Friendship, Peace and Development Committee.
