A business delegation from the Chinese city of Wuhan expressed interest in hotel construction projects on Bolshoy Ussuriysky Island, located on the border of Russia and China. The meeting with investors was held with the participation of representatives of the Khabarovsk Territory authorities and the business community.
The Chinese side was presented with key areas for investment, including the development of tourism and the development of natural resources in the region. The greatest interest among entrepreneurs was aroused by projects to create a hotel infrastructure on the island, as well as initiatives in the field of mining.
The participants of the talks paid special attention to the prospects of Russian-Chinese cooperation in tourism. The Chinese delegation was also invited to participate in the Russian-Chinese Forum in Khabarovsk.
