The educational project of Primorsky Krai "Sea Lessons for children and adults" will be adapted for the Chinese audience, said Vladimir Oschenko, editor-in-chief of the program broadcasting of Primorye Public Television. The transfer is planned with the participation of partners from the Chinese province of Zhejiang.
According to Oschenko, the Chinese side is ready to translate the project materials into Putonghua and Cantonese. The work on adaptation has already attracted the attention of scientific and educational institutions in China, including the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Guangdong Maritime University, which indicates a high interest in the initiative.
The project "Sea Lessons for children and adults" is an illustrated 48-page brochure dedicated to 20 inhabitants of Peter the Great Bay, with QR codes for access to video materials. Schoolchildren of Primorsky Krai actively participated in its creation, and a circulation of 2,000 copies was distributed among 500 schools in the region.
