The strongest wrestlers from China, Cuba, India, Mongolia, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Georgia, Greece, North Macedonia, Egypt, Bulgaria, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and other countries arrived in Krasnoyarsk. Mongolia (77 athletes) and Kazakhstan (38 athletes) became the most numerous foreign delegations.
