According to the diplomat, the significant potential of Russian-Chinese cooperation is concentrated in high-tech industries, including information technology, artificial intelligence, microelectronics, semiconductors and civil aircraft. The Chinese side is counting on Russia's active participation in the initiative to create a global organization for cooperation in the field of AI and intends to develop joint projects in the field of technology, training and regulation.
The ambassador noted that Beijing is ready to expand cooperation with Moscow in the field of semiconductor materials, the design of specialized chips and the development of advanced manufacturing processes. According to him, special attention is being paid to the creation of equipment that contributes to increasing the stability and security of production and supply chains.
In addition, China and Russia, as Zhang Hanhui emphasized, can join forces in the field of composite materials, aviation electronic systems, engine building and the harmonization of airworthiness standards.
