According to Roskachestvo, the airport has successfully passed a comprehensive audit and received a certificate issued by Roskachestvo – Tourism for a period of three years, becoming the only Russian airport with the current China Friendly status.
The inspection was carried out with the participation of native Chinese speakers and included an assessment of the key areas of the airport — arrival and departure, business halls, catering and sanitary facilities, as well as the convenience of the official website for Chinese-speaking users; the "secret buyer" method was used, among other things.
The experts paid special attention to navigation in Chinese, multilingual ads, access to warm water and the level of language training of staff. Roskachestvo noted that the certification strengthens Domodedovo's position as an international hub and contributes to the development of cooperation between Russia and China in the field of tourism and transport.
