According to him, the Chinese side is particularly interested in the development of specialized aviation, including amphibious aircraft for fighting fire. China has already created a similar aircraft, the designers of which were guided by the Russian Be-200. For heavy transportation and fire fighting, China also uses Il-76s purchased from Russia, equipped with water tanks.
In addition, representatives of the Chinese department expressed interest in the medical emergency management system in Russia. According to Kurenkov, both sides consider it important to share experience in this area.
The Minister stressed that cooperation between Russia and China in the field of public safety will continue. It will include joint discussions and the development of new approaches in the field of rescue technologies.
