The purpose of the exercise is to work out interdepartmental interaction of forces and means to prevent a terrorist act at a railway transport facility – Achinsk-1 railway station. According to the legend of the exercise, conditional "terrorists" carried out an armed seizure on the territory of the Achinsk railway station.
As a result of the complex of special and operational combat measures implemented by the operational headquarters, the conditional "terrorists" were neutralized, the "hostages" were released, and the threat of a terrorist act was eliminated.
An analysis of the results of the exercise showed the readiness of the forces and means of the operational headquarters to carry out tasks aimed at suppressing terrorist crimes.
