When asked at a briefing whether the improvement of Russian-American relations would affect the partnership between Russia and China, the Chinese representative stressed that China was ready to promote comprehensive strategic cooperation with the Russian Federation and continuously deepen mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation.
Guo Jiakun also said that under the strategic leadership of the leaders of the two countries, Sino-Russian relations are developing harmoniously and steadily, excluding external interference and are at the highest level, which has no precedent in history.
