The XI International Festival "Russian-Chinese Fair of Culture and Art" will be held from 21 to 25 June.At the beginning of the festival, there will be an official meeting of the people of Heilongjiang Province and the Amur Region in the middle of the Amur River. The event will feature 11 exhibitions. In the regional scientific library, the regional Museum of local lore, the exhibition hall, on the Amur Embankment and on the festival website In addition, the festival will host exhibitions, master classes, creative meetings and concerts.
The Central Military Orchestra of the Russian Defense Ministry will also play at the fair.
The Fair of Culture and Art will be held in compliance with all sanitary and epidemiological requirements of Rospotrebnadzor.
Guests from China will not be able to participate in the festival in person – the event has been moved to an online format.
