A forum on Tibet has opened in Beijing

A forum on the development of Tibet has opened in the capital of China, where experts will discuss the further development of this territory.

It was attended by Chinese and foreign officials, experts, representatives of enterprises and media organizations.
The main theme of the event was high-quality development and protection of human rights. The event will also raise such topics as people's democracy in the whole process, high-quality development, as well as Tibetan culture and ecological civilization.
Note that the forum will be held for one day. The event was organized by the Press Office of the State Council of the People's Republic of China and the People's Government of the Tibet Autonomous Region, Xinhua News writes.
