Liu Dongfeng, Dean of the Graduate School Department at Shanghai University, spoke about the measurement of "psychological income" associated with major sporting events.
Ms. Ru Xiong, a professor at the Capital University of Physical Education of China, shared her experience of the legacy of the two Chinese Olympic Games in 2008 and 2022. Ru Siyun is also a visiting lecturer at RIOU.
"The main legacy of the two Olympic Games is the younger generation, the youth who are brought up at these events," she said.
Speaking about cooperation with RIOU, Ru Xiong stressed that Sochi, like China, has a great example of Olympic heritage. According to her, the cooperation that is being carried out, the base and the accumulated experience are really important, including for the education and upbringing of a new generation.
