The cities of Haikou, Sanya and Danzhou will have to play a central role in the implementation of the plan. They will also be connected with the "space" city of Wenchang, the pilot zone of international medical tourism Boao Leheng, the pilot zone of international educational innovation Lingshui Lian and other industrial parks, Nanhaiwan reports.
